That the average person using a 9/16 combination wrench can apply 30-35 ft. lbs. torque. That should be more than enough. Sorry I don't my manual here.
We have a 250ft/lb torque wrench, but its still completely hard as heck to get anything over my weight in torque (185lbs). So i usually have to grab a peice of small diameter piping and slip it over the torque wrench for more leverage .
Taking it off, though, isnt much of a problem.... when you have a high pressure impact gun! Comes right off no problem with 125psi of air pressure. You can never have enough tools, i like to say.
