I'm going after work and try out my new slicks. Anyone going to be there? I'm not staying long just do a few runs.

I'll probably be there, I gotta see how the LS1 runs with nitrous. :D Nah, but I heard a maroon T should be there.

I think Gerald might race also......

I'll be there to spectate. :D

i want to go but my radiator leaks bad so im not gonna be running it hard until its recored. btw i was going with ifuku's i heard they are very good, would anyone care to give me some feedback on them. i still havent found whats causing the car to bog down at like 10PSI, im thinking its the FP cause its at like 52#'s with the line off. the O2's are showing real rich at WOT like 850 at the lowest, 0 KR. but the block learn is right at 128 at idle.

I'll be there running my 86 Omni. It's a small black hatchback with a big SHELBY decal written across the windshield. Someone teach me how to launch! :D Tyler, what time are you going down? Call my cell, I wanna see ya run, #782-2253.

PS. Who is running an Alcohol injection kit? I was thinking of hooking one up because im getting into the 20+ boost range. Any feedback on them? FMC kit looks good.

sup cale i might go down but im not gonna run, the radiator is gonna go anytime now. i have to refill the overflow tank everyday!!! so im gonna be a spectator until the rad gets recored.

The Thrasher chips require that you set the fuel pressure to 45PSI, so that you run the injectors at their optimum level. Try setting the fuel pressure to 45PSI, and adjust the boost accordingly, if you are indeed using the Thrasher 92.

Hey, Jackson, Im pretty sure I saw you run last night, you have the customized plates right?

i know the FP is way too high at 52#'s for a thrasher 92, but as of now i have no way of turning it down until i get a AFPR. i thought the 237 was supposed to keep it around 45 but i guess not. also do u guys think the FP being that high would cause the car to bog at WOT, cause it feels like the car pulls harder when its not at WOT than when it is. but the radiator will come first.

The Bosch 237 regulator is supposed to operate at 45PSI, with an estimated plus or minus 1/2PSI. If it's running at 52PSI, it's either faulty or worn out.

The high fuel pressure could definitely cause the car to bog, because the injector spray pattern becomes erratic at that level.

For the Thrasher 92, it's not recommended to go above 47PSI due to this reason. So the regulator will need to be changed. By the way, what is the boost, TPS and IAC set at?

Where are the results of last nights testing???:)

I did alot better with the new slicks. I ran a best at 12.30 @109 go a 1.88 60ft. Got my brakes done now the can launches!

well as for boost im not totally positive, on my stock gauge it reads 15-16 PSi max, but on the autometer i put in it reads like only 11-12 max. the TPS is at .44 at idle, and the IAC counts are around 40-44. thanks
