Tranny Noise. Need Help

When i put it in gear the tranny whines. I have a fairly new stall speed converter, and shift kit. It sounds like a supercharger whine when and only when its in gear. Does anyone know what could cause this noise. Thanx.

When did the noise start?

Did you put a new pressure regulator spring in w/the shift kit? Do you have a pressure gauge hooked up?

Bearing in torque converter. You did say in gear only, correct? TC bearing..

Yes , the noise is only when in gear. I do not have a preasure guage hooked up. Thanx for the replies.
