trans cooler extension line clamps?

My car has a metal bracket that mounts just rear of the core support behind the trans cooler extension lines coming out of the radiator. On that bracket are two small hose clamps, they are holding the trans lines. I cannot find any info on this part, is it OE? Does someone have a good pic from an all OE car or diagram of the radiator area where the lines go? It doesn't look like a "homemade" part. I do have the rubber isolator that holds the lines apart.

That must be something someone fabbed up at some point. The tranny lines had support clamp brackets on the bellhousing and the oil pan stud.

that bracket is from the A/C condensor and its job was to support the thin aluminum lines
