Trans not going into gear

Installed a converter and transgo sk kit. Did all mods to valve body and added accumulator springs. converter is seated. I have popped a line off and verified I have fluid flow. I see no leaks anywhere. I did have to add quite a bit of trans fluid and it's still 1 qt low but hasn't dropped since going through the gears twice. Tried revving it a bit while in gear but didn't do anything but I did notice that there is some buzzing/rattling noise around 2/3000 rpm. I have also reset the tv cable. Where do I look next?

Put a pressure gage on the pressure tap on the side of the trans and see what you have. Did you put the linkage on the manual valve correctly?

checked the fluid and it's still 2 quarts low. I'm pretty sure I got the linkage on right, does anyone have a pic?

Took the pan off and the linkage arm fell off. Dropped the valve body down a bit and got the lever back in. Filled it full of fluid and everything seems good.
