What is the size or dimensions for the Transmission Inspection Cover screws?

I used 1/4" - 20 bolts the last time I had my trans out. Short 3/4" bolt with a lock washer.

It looks like a sheet metal screw with a 10mm head. Not sure of the size.

Aren't there threads on the tranny holes?I thought it was bolts that thread in?
Do the 1/4" - 20 bolts thread right in?

Tranny holes. I make myself laugh.

I know its 10mm head. This is a wide thread similar to the 6mm
bolt that we see in the engine compartment.
