If a transmission starts to slip will it make the Knock gauge come on? I know when the car had street tires on it, when the tires were spining it would come on because of the rev limit. I just put MT drag radials on it and when the car is cold it really hooks, but if you boost it up several times in a short period of time, the knock gauge starts coming on at around 17 pounds of boost and will get worse if you keep boosting the car. The transmission is mostly stock with a 3400 stall. The car runs mid 11's. Does this make any since to anyone. Any help would be great. Thanks
