if i get a GN engine and swap transverse mounted 3.1 v6 heads onto it, will the original GN valve covers still go on? those are sweet locking. with the turbo/6 logo!

No, the Buick heads bolt on around the lip of the heads and the TTA valve covers are center mounts. The valve trains are also different.
