Well I think my slow 1/8th question has been answered. i was reviewing some Turbolink data from last year and it looks like my ol' Pats modified D5, 2800 stall is really stalling at 2450 max  . I'm considering changing to a TE44 or GT3255E to eliminate the stall issue and bring back the spool! ;) What true stall do I need for the TE60? Any thoughts on switching to one of the smaller ones for better driveability? It's a 99% street car, and that's my main concern.
Thanks for any thoughts. Joe

For a TE60, I'd say around a 3000-3200 stall would be needed. I used a TE60 with a smaller 31E exhaust wheel for a few weeks, and it spooled identical to the GT6131E I have now.
