TT Chip Help

I feel like an idiot asking this but how do I open the ECM. I took off the plastic piece covering it and im looking at the metal box, how do i open it and put my TT chip in. Sorry but im a newb...

Take of the long flat plate with the 2 screws. Should be a 9/32 socket.
