Tuning Help!!

Okay I am at my wits end...So I install a 3" downpipe and ever since I cant get the IAC count within range. Prior to the pipe I had it at a count of 11-14 now I cant get it below 40. Any tips? Any Ideas, anyone want to run over and fix it before I throw a wrench through the wall..........

Clean the throtol body and blade with carb cleaner. Then remove the IAC and remove all carbon off the pindel. Reinstall the IAC and reset. Try it. Another idea is to buy an new IAC. Just a thought. Brad

I will give the cleaning a try, I know that in the grand scheme it really doesnt matter but IAC was replaced late last year it might have 2000 miles on it.
