Turbo crank

Bought a turbo crank to replace one in a spare backup motor but I'm having doubts it's a turbo crank I uploaded 3 pictures anyone care to guess whether or not it is or not?

No it's not a turbo crank. All turbo cranks have the rolled fillets on both rods and mains.

I figured it wasn't one of those to good to be true deals I bought site unseen guy said he had machine shop 30 years and took it out of a 86-87 turbo block I would have thought after 30 years of machining you would know what a turbo crank looked like?
