Turbo Cranks

hey all,

Can somebody please help me out. I want to know the differences between a Turbo Crank and a non-Turbo Crank. I need to either rebuild my motor or get another. Everywhere I go I seem to hear that I should make sure that I get a Turbo Crank if a get another motor. I just wanted to know the difference between the two. Thanks for any info.
