I took the intercooler pipe off my turbo and it was full of oil :( I do have the valve cover vent blocked off, so i'm pretty sure its the turbo. Not sure what I should do. Get this one re-built, find a good used one, or upgrade to an 87 turbo? My throttle body is still not re-located, so I don't know if an 87 turbo would cause my car to have idle issues. What would you guys do?

turbo seals are actually very much like piston rings in appearance. They're not really a 100% seal, so some leakage is to be expected. The key to promoting a good seal is to have low crankcase pressure. You mention that your crankcase breather is blocked off? The breather should be open to atmosphere so the crankcase gases can vent. If the gases cannot escape the crankcase, then the crankcase pressure will build up and push oil through the turbo seals.

I have a breather in the drivers side valve cover, instead of the tube going to the throttle body pipe. One thing I forgot to mention is the vacuum block has oil it it, and it looks like the PCV valve is the culprit.

I'm in the middle of relocating the t - body( waiting on one more coupler) I had about 400 miles on my 44 rebuild by limit and guess what , shaft play, oil in the the compressor housing, going to a 60 series turbo and i can only guess how good it will run without sucking oil.......

I replaced mine with a stocker that I got from Broke1. I don't know if he is still a member on this board but I think he had another one for sale. I got a great deal and it works just fine.
