turbo???

Ok I am going to send my turbo to John Craig at Limit Engineering soon probably in the next 3 weeks or so. My combo is in my sig except for the 009(42.5hr) injectors, the 2800-3000 stall convertor and alky kit that I have. I know that it won't be certain until he gets the turbo and opens it up but what kind of turbo should I have it boared out to be with my combo?What luck and what kind of results have you guys had with upgrading hot air turbos. What kind of times have you guys gotten with them as well and what was your combos?
