CD but if you need the program on a floppy, you may want to check with them.
You really need CD capability (with all the Windows stuff and the manuals, help, IE5.5 in case you need it) ... it comes to about 120Mb of stuff.
I've been able to mount and share the CD on other machines and then use the network to install on a machines that don't have a CD drive.
Also, if you have broadband, we can work with you to get it delivered via download (and ship the CD as backup).
