TV Exhaust check Ball

Getting ready to install VB after major rebuild. I know where all the check balls go. Do I need to put the TV Exhaust ball back in? I am running a No Yo Yo Transgo shift kit and a stageright TB.

This trans board has really gone down the toilet. No response to a simple question in over a week!! I got my answer from another board.
