twilight sentinal?

Can someone tell me what a twilight sentinal is? Is it a moon roof? If there anything special about it?

It was an option for the headlights. It provided the means of having the lights stay on for a period of time after the car was turned off.

Actually it automatically turns the lights on or off based on a light sensor on the dash. I have it on my GN and apparantly it is kinda a rare option because people are always commenting on it.
