Type F trans fluid

Using type F trans fluid in our trans is suppose to help firm up the shifts in the trans, but DANGER....If you have a trans with some miles on it, it's not good for the trans. This will only help speed the need for a rebuild.
If you have a rebuilt trans then go for it, but if you have ANY kind of flare or soft shift "do not use it".
