i have a undedrive pulley and new belt never installed . will take 75 dollars and shipping

Is this a stocker or what If not....who's is it? Need more info. TIA.

it is a stock replacement but it is a underdrive pulley . it was sold by kirbans origanaly . it is supposed to be good for a few h.p. by turning the rest of the pulleys a little slower, so less drag on the motor.
