Vacuum block

I need a vacuum block that has no ports on it. Also with the bottom wide open. I am removing some of my vacuum lines (don't need them) and want to plumb them myself. Does anyone make this or I have to do it myself?

you can take your block and cut off the ports ans epoxy the holes shut then route the line s the way you want

What about just cutting an 1/8" thick plate, the same area as the block, with two bolt holes?

Or have the top filled with weld and grind and polish smooth.
