Vacuum hose Throttle Body questions

I've searched a bit and looked over the sticky threads but haven't found anything yet. There are two ports on either side of the IAT. One has no hose on it, the other has a hose that is connected to nothing on the other end. What do these ports do? Should they be hooked up to anything?

IAT? You mean MAT? Or IAC?

OOOOOOOOOOOO I think I know what you mean. Are those the coolant lines that use to go to the haeter lines. They circulated coolant through the throttle body from the factory but most people unhook it and run a little jumper hose on the heater lines.

Yeah, I meant IAC. I'll try to track down the coolant lines and see what I can find. Thanks!
