Will these fit under our plenums

i have them on my car . The issue is the filling neck will be under the carb pad. I welded the filler hole shut and welded a new filler neck on the valve cover for my car. so, i guess the answer is yes and no.

I was hoping I could reverse the driver side and the hole would be close enough to the front to dodge the plenum. There isn't an easy bolt on for these cars is there lol m
