VIN info if anyone can help

I am new to all this Turbo Buick stuff but it's growing on me, I have a 87 regal T. I was told that it is a WE4 but I would like to verify that in some way. I was told to look at the sticker on the decklid but I don't see WE4 listed anywhere there. My VIN number is as follows 1G4GJ1176HP428361, can someone please unlock the secrets of my car for me please and tell me more about it? Thanks in advance for any info you guys kick my way. Bob

look here in vin decoding section, but I don't think that is gonna tell you if it is a we4 or not. You should be seeing that code on your rpo sticker if it is a we4

notice that the rpo codes on the trunk lid are read up/down 1st to last column in alpha order, so it should be easy to find WE4.
