i started this thread about some civic owners who call bs on the viper vs gns video, one claimed to have a thread that stated that they all knew each other and it was a setup. he has YEAT to produce a link to me and ive asked him 2se its going to get Verry funny by the end of the night, most likely leading to my ban. ive already been banned on there for telling a kid how to get his reaction time down past 1.5 seconds

Beating up on a Viper is not that big of a feat in itself. My basically stock TTA (TE44, THDP, alky injection, MSD 50's, MT street ET's) beat up on my buddy's 2003 Viper with a few BPU's....identicle 60' times to boot! I could see his entire car in my rear view if that tells you anything

No disrespect, but I've wondered about that video myself. It;s cool as heck if it's legit, but as I recall those cars seemed to hook up real well for three high performance cars going at it. Haven't seen it in a while though. Anyone know more about it?

ive raced and beat a viper, dont let the name plate fog your vision. they ARE beatable, there just cars afterall.

I witnessed Joe beating up on the 03 Viper at the track, it was a GREAT race!

That's funny! I posted the same thing on a local chat line and they all said the same thing to me. That clearly was staged, no way will that car get beat by a Buick!

My friend has an '03 Viper and we went to the track a couple of weeks ago to line up against each other. I took him out every time! My car was running like crap, go it fixed now. I posted that I was going to take on my Buddy and a few people said video tape it. Then this one idiot posts, who hasn't seen a GN get raped by a Viper. Then he posts stock 1/4 mile times for both of them. If I ever see this guy in person I think I'm going to have to slap him in the head!

I got my runs on video, once they are processed I'll post them. My buddy ran a 12.2@117mph with his Viper. Pretty damn good for a stock car on stock tires!

Thats the short version - there used to be a higher quality longer version. I my memory serves that is Jeff Fox's car.

He used his Recipe for it. The car was @ least a high-11 second car back then (98ish).
