Wastegate Control Hose

Mine is cracked and should be replaced. Do I need to spend the 25 bucks on the preformed ones or can I just get a few feet of that diameter hose and ruun the lines?

They won't be bent in fancy shapes but does that matter?

Also, where it connects to the solinoid there are two barbs. It covers one....the other is left open to the air? What is that for?

The correct size vacume hose works for me. Just make sure you use the original "Y" and that the hoses are hooked up properly. The other port of the boost solenoid is supposed to be open - it bleeds off air.

replaces the one from the sensor to the turbo and wastegate

dealer is like $30, cheap on the site i just mentioned
