Wastegate flapper ?

My wastegate flapper is starting to bind some so I got a rebuild kit from RJC , can some one tell me whats involved in putting the new one in . I see some cutting and welding is involved any tips that would help me let me know .

May be best to take it to an automotive machine shop to have it installed. In addition to the welding of the new puck arrm, You may need to reem out the housing to achieve appropriate shaft bore clearances.
