Here's a link to a folder with some pictures.
I used the heater hose and heater drain and some T fittings, one is 5/8" and one is 3/4" I believe, and an off the shelf NAPA right angle hose.
Relocated the heater water valve up closer to the heater core, it is an aftermarket NAPA one but the stock one will work fine up there as well.

Some show the NPT fittings and right angle stuff before the hoses were added.
It's something you have to mock up and fit to your car and what's under the hood but it's not all that complicated to do.
Make sure all the fittings you use can be rotated to clear the turbo housings itself without interference, lots of right angle stuff is square and hard to rotate in close quarters.
I used mostly brass but some larger NPT to larger hose fittings are availabe in chrome from Spectra in the ricer dress up sections of parts stores.
I put the water feed in the top and the drain in the bottom, mine is double BB so when the car is shut down the water will stay in the housing since the drain is uphill.

Others use the throttle body lines for water cooling.
