well the other night leaving a friends house the car would not start like it usually does. It would crank and fire over almost immediatly and then die, unless I throttled it with my foot, the car kinda ran crappy for the first minute of driving(died at the stop sign down the street) and seemed to buck and sputter a bit, it warmed up and ran perfect the rest of the night. Now it does it on every startup where it has sat for more than an hour. This morning I checked some readings and my IACs are up in the 190s at idle and seem to stick up in the 100 range. I know this is not right, the BLMs are 115 or so, integrator is 128, fuel pressure is 43 line off, translator settings are 0 for base fueling, new plugs made no difference, although the old ones were fouled a bit. It has new plug wires, fairly new GM PCV, and so on. I've checked for vacuum leaks and bad grounds but can't find anything wrong. Once the car warms up its fine, the temp sensors appear correct along with the MAT sensor reading of 64 this morning. What else should I look for, is the IAC shot? or is something causing it to read that high? Thanks guys.

update, replaced the IAC and played with everything, switched ECMs with our 86s, and searched for vacuum leaks which were nowhere to be found. My IACs now are stuck at 175, a few times while messing with the idle and tps, it would randomly drop down steadily to 0 but once i turned the car of and restarted it, it would go back to 100+ and the idle would suck again. I've given up until the morning, because some how i fouled my plugs(guessing its not enough air at idle since thats all its has been at for a few hours), with the fuel pressure at 43 line off, and the translator set at 0 at idle. Anybody have any ideas?

anybody have any input. The car is now running 42 line off fuel pressure and the car doesn't even want to idle if i set my translator to F (5% lean at idle) or move to past the 2(some small % richer) I put a new 02 in as the old one was fouled, IACs are still weird at 95 or so, TPS is fine at .42. Resetting the IAC makes no difference at all.
