Weld Draglite Rims

I have set of welds 2 15x8 with 3.5 backspace and 2 15x4 fronts with 27x4 Hoosier fronts. The drag radials are not to good the fronts tires are like new. I only have 2 center caps and no lugs $750 pick up only
