weld torque specs?

Quick question what do you torque welds rims to?Last question iwhat to ajust tps with a meter what wires do i touch for this to check volts?Thanks guys.

80 and be sure to retorque several times after 50-100 miles if there new.
Set TPS to .42-.44 its the blue wire.

 

[TURBOV6]

12mm x 1.5mm 70-80 ft/lbs and retorque after 25 miles.
