Not really. They are gonna rape with that. The first month they had red light cameras here they made $150K their first month. And this is Tiny Town. (not austin, gotta change that. I really hate to though )

the world in genral has other issues to deal with that is more important than this useless garbage.

Another reason to not want to own newer vehicles. I am sure when ODB3 comes out they will ticket you for farting in your own car.
