I have 42.5 lb. injectors right now in my car that are brand new. I want to go bigger with the turbo but these injectors are not quite enough. I was thinking of a te60 turbo. Can I keep these injectors and add atr's 7th injector kit and add like a 55 lb. injector. Is this enough to supply the required fuel for the turbo? If I can't, how much could I get for the 42.5's.(there's only about 100 miles on them)
My next question is which cam is good to use with Kirban's replacement valve springs? I think they are around 100 psi spring's. I've heard horror stories about people using these with the stock cam and wiping out the lobes.
Which cam is best to use with the te60 turbo? Thanks. Tim

Save yourself some time and hassle. My brother was running 110 mph in the 1/4 with those injectors and a te60. The stock cam is pretty darn good. Just replace the valve springs. Unless the cam is bad, leave it alone until you decide to go bigger than a te60 and 42lb injectors.

HP dictates how much injector you need not a turbo. If your sig is correct then the 42.5's are probably more than you need. If you uncork the motor and turn up the boost, or crank the boost way up then they might start getting small.

If you where set on getting bigger ones I would go with 50's. The 50's are great because they have good tunability and will get you into the 10's. I went low 11's on 50's with plenty of fuel to spare. The other nice thing about 50's is that they will work nicely on a 12 second car.

I bought a set of the 42.5's about 7 years ago. If I remember correctly Mike Licht told me that they start getting lean when you're making enough HP to run about 116mph in the quarter. At that time I was running around 112mph and the 42.5's where plenty big enough.

60PPH injectors are just a nice injector, that the others, IMO, just aren't worth playing with. With anything smaller then the 60s you wind up right at where you have to figure out if you want to run the injectors static or not.

Yes, you could *patch* things together by running a 7th injector, but then again, it's just an off/ on setup, and hard to accurately match to what the other injectors are doing. If you want to run the 7th injecotr full time, that's another issue, and takes a fair amount of work to tune in.

Your best move IMO is just going with 60s.
