These will fit on the stock rims and without modifications right?

Those really need an 8 inch rim, stock is 7 inch wide.
255/60R15 would be OK on stock rims, IMHO.

They don't make them in that size. Why woudn't it fit on a 7 inch rim? I thought it would just bulge out a little bit.

they will bulge out a bunch and cause the car to feel wobbly- a 275 is right at home on an 8" or 9" rim.
try to find something no wider than 255 for a 7" rim.

plenty of people are running 275s on the stock rim, they will fit.
