what i sspecial about them and how much is a 87 car,all stock with only 8500 miles on it worth?

small amount produced.. 8500 miles or 108,500 miles.. have you looked at the car ?? Its basically a GN but has a solid gray interior and alum bumper supports and T wheels. a true 8500 mile car would be worth some $$$ depending on the condition of course. Is it stock ??

yep 8500 miles.....guy contacted me on a trdae for my 68 camaro which is priced at 35k

I wouldn't pay anything near that for a WE4! BUT I don't need it either  See if others chime in here ..

+1

I agree with Dan, way over priced especially in such a soft market now.

For that much, you could buy any one of a few TSM spec rides that have been for sale here recently and still have enough left over for a second daily driver.

Save your Camaro or sell it outright if you're looking to come over to the dark side.;)

<edit> I need more coffee...I zipped over the mileage and thought you stated 85,000 versus 8,500...my bad.

To give you an Idea what they are I have a sales brochure for a Turbo T. Here are a couple things it states:
"Regal Turbo Power is taken beyond the Grand National legend...take a closer look at the Turbo T package (WE4)"

"FEATURE: Lower total body weight
Benefit: The turbo T package (WE4) will enable you to merchandise a car similar in appearance, and yet lighter in weight, than the Grand National. This reduction in weight theoretically, makes the Turbo T faster than the grand national; and for a lower price. "

"Feature: Appearance package
Ordering the regal with the Turbo T package (WE4) gets you the "dressed Balck" look of the grand national with subtle "T" emblemson the front fenders. "

"What brought about the Turbo T concept
The WE4 package was originally concieved because certain content items, such as chrome steel wheels and specific interior components, place the Grand National in a weight class which is capacity constrained. Grand national sales volume cannot exceed 33% of regal Turbo engine production. The other 66% of Turbo sales must be in other Regals. "

Only 1547 of them were made, so that makes them pretty rare. Here is a article about the WE4:

For the power level you're accustomed to, you need to look at a TSM spec ride at the minimum...better yet...a stage motor ride. There were two real clean stage motor T-Types for sale, one silver and the other maroon, both look like (from the outside) 11 second rides until you lift the hood. Super stealth and they still had most, if not all, of the comfy amenities. They pop up on here from time to time as I don't think either have sold. Good luck with your search.

i think i want to slow it down some........maybe mid 6 sec 1/8 mile and mid 10 sec 1/4 times. i want a/c and all the good stuff when i get another buick!
