Assuming you are talking about the one for transbrake usage...
Remove the shifter handle. Then, you have to pull up the console (four 7mm screws). At the shifter base, there are 2 10mm nuts holding the factory gate on (you will recognize this when you see the new one). Remove those, remove the bracket. And reinstall that new bracket, reassemble the console. Pretty much it. You may need to do some slight adjustment forward or back so the shifter will go into low without binding.
