What is preferred method and sequence to R&R upper and lower control arms??

I did the lowers first and then the uppers. Much easier to put back together that way. If you can weld, it makes a world of difference to box the stock arms.

i did mine all at once first i used a floor jack and lowered the lower a frame after removing the shocks then took the upper off and preformed a complete front end rebuild while i was there it was alot easer to do it all at once then do it bushings now and tie rods and all that later i just rebuilt it all and aligned it . putting it together put the uppers on first and use the spindle to help you get the lower in placeif you don;t have the lower a arm tool to hook to your jack
