What is that clicking under my dash?

When I have my Razor's Progressive Kit on and driving, sounds like a relay is clicking. If I am on a rough road it is worst. When I turn it off, it stops. Any ideas?

Check the ground from the pump to the frame.

Mine has done this before and it was the bolt and nut that held the ground to the frame was just loose.

+1.. pump ground is bad.
