I am in the middle of oredering tires and trying to figure out whether out whether to go with>

BFG G-force T/A KDW
285/35/20 26.8 Diameter Overall Section Width 11.4 on 10" wheel
245/35/20 26.8 Diameter 9.7 on 8" wheel

OR

Continental Conti Sport Contact 2

305/25/20 26.0 Diameter Overall Section Width 12.3
245/35/20 26.8 Diameter 9.6

I have 20x10 and 20x8 wheels 4" BS front and 4.5 BS rear. I have had 295/50/15 onthe rear before on 15x8 with 3.5 BS an they fit fine. I like the Continental tire but I don't want it to look goofy with the larger .80 dimeter fornt tire if it would even be that noticeable. I know the G-force will fit fine and they have the overall same diameter which is good. I just want that beefy rear wide tire look. So what do ya think?

stock is 26.1"
i like the look of the 26 and performance of the 255/50-16 but for street I am running 27" (255/60-15)

as for 20s on a gn , thats a personal decision

Yes I agree and I have already made that decision by the box's in my garage. I was just wondering about thought's on my tire decision.. I know a lot of people do not care for 20" wheels. But by todays standard of what people are doing to g-bodys they are not as bad as say 8 yrs ago. I will put them on for shows anf of course the 15's for track. It just kinda sucks driving on the interstate with a 15x4 on front. And now with these wheels I can drive te car more and enjoy it. What little it does get out of the garage!!

Wow, seems to me a 12.3 section width with 4.5 backspace your tire would be right smack on the frame. Maybe not because of the difference of where the tire sits compared to one with 15 or 16 inch wheels?
