What is this MAF Sensor?

I bought this MAF Sensor from a local guy selling off his turbo parts, and I know it's not the original since the plug doesn't connect from the bottom. It is an AC mas airflow sensor that is made in Canada. Will this unit work on a 86/87 turbo Regal? Does it work as good as a factory p/n 25007866?

Looks like th etypical reman unit with the wrong connector.

and add to that its a reman from a firebird 2.8 core with the restricted (hourglass) internal core

would (should) work for a completely stock car ... but i wouldnt run it

I found out that AC Delco rebuilds the original Turbo Buick MAF sensors for $100.00 exchange and comes with a year warranty.
Anyone interested, here are the numbers: ACD# 213-3454. GM# 19112569.
It is identical to the original and reman. in U.S.A.
