i don't know if i should put stock 87 springs or something better and what is better car is low and i want to put 17 "rims on it with out rubbing
 
My experience is if you put in stock Regal springs, your wheel lip should sit at least a couple inches, maybe three above the tire. I just put stock springs from a boneyard on my dark red T, and that's how it sits. On my GN, I did the same but cut one loop off and it the wheel lip is even with the top of the tire. Summit Sells the Eibach ProKit springs and it lowers it about 1 to 1 1/2 inches. You'd like them, and they work well on TR's.
