What stall?

I am going with a Pt 52 turbo,50lbs.injectors,V2 front mount and 70 mm throttlebody,200`200 CAM. i AM 99.9999 % sure that I want a 9~11 from Bruce.Question is what stall speed to make this spool,with no lag? Your input is greatly appreciated,Thanks.
