What valve springs should I buy?

Kirbans or the Comp 980s? Your opinions please.

I bought a set of COMP 979 springs which I believe is basically the same as the new COMP 980 springs. They cost about $35 from Summit. They were fairly easy to install and seam to work great (they have been in my car for 6 - 7 years). So, I would recommend them. I did use Kirban's valve spring removal tool. The tool and an old rocker arm shaft made the swap pretty easy.
