Where can I get a hood pad?

I took my car out for a drive yesterday, and guess the heat from my turbo caused my cowl emblem to curl up and die. So I need to go ahead and get me a new hood pad installed, anybody know where I can find one, or will an 87 pad work ok?

Wow, you still have your heat shield in place? I've been looking on and off for a new 84-85 hood pad for years, no luck so far. I don't believe the 86-87 will work due to clearance with the turbo, you'd cook it in no time.

The only place that I have seem them is in the parts for sale section. Once five years age and another two years ago. Gm sells a new one without the stenciling and molded turbo bulge. Good luck- Brad
