Sorry for the dumb question.
I am in the process of manually bleeding the brake lines so I need to hold the Proportioning valve closed. I am following the procedure as outline on the bleeding procedure on gnttype.org

Question is where is it?

I am looking at this, but I don't see it. Is it on the far left in the metering section? And is it located under the driver side on the frame near the front of the assembly?

Thanks

It's on the inside of drivers frame rail at the front, just follow the lines down from the powermonster, and the prop valve has lines going to the front and rear. It says something about wedging something in there so the plunger on the front of the prop valve doesn't move out. I did not end up doing this and it worked out ok. This prop valve is where you can add a line lock also.

Also check out Monte SS Tech site because of tons of tech articles there. I use it a lot, along with gnttype. That site has a bunch of brake stuff too.

Here's a great way I found to bleed the brakes by yourself. I found one of those hand pump brake bleed kits for about $25 at Autozone. It has different attachments to fit into the rear wheel cylinder and front rotor fittings. Key on, then bleed pass. rear, driver rear, pass. front, driver front (Longest to shortest lines), and don't let the brake reservoir run dry (a second person helps there  )

It's attached to the frame rail drivers side front of the car.

Just behind the front wheelwell where the frame starts to go upwards near the back of the engine where it mates with the transmission.

Just follow the back brake lines forward you can't miss it. :)
