Where to get replacement TPS screw washer

I'm missing one of my TPS adjustment screws and there is a curved oval shaped washer under the screw head. Anyone know where to get one of these?

I don't understand, that washer is captive....

If you're missing the screw too, I'd just put a request in the parts wanted section. That thread size and pitch is ODDBALL as hell. Otherwise it'd probably just be less trouble to build one and be done with it.

Yeah missing screw as well... I'm going to drill and tap both holes to an M5.
