Well, due to uncontrolable circumstances, when I do finally reassemble my car, it will be with many mods........ I'm starting at ground zero here and know I am going to need something to tune it.
Of all the options, what is my best bet? Price as always will be a factor and I do have a laptop if needed.
My first priority will be getting it to pass emmissions (currently suspended) before any performance tuning.
