I also received that cr%p. It's fake. Don't even bother open or replying to it, just delete.
I've also seen that circulated at my workplace. It's amazing what people will believe nowdays. What morons.

It's in result of the worm virus that was going around. it get into your address book, makes a flash copy of it and mass mail to everyone on your addressbook.
