OK guys (and few girlies:D), who makes the best, longest lasting, most reliable 30 or 40 amp 12 volt realy? How about a good supplier that I could get say, 50 of them from?

I know Bosch makes some and they have been good to me. Are they the best?

Let me know what you all have tried and had the best success with. Also the ones that have failed on you.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks otto! I will.

salvageV6 - Wow! those ARE cheap... they even sell a bosch for super cheap.

I sure would like to hear from some vendors or, people that have had one for 5 years or more, on what would be the best long term relay.

I am going to do several kill switch applications for myself and a friend and it is on his work vehicles. I don't want to risk any problems down the road.

Thanks guys!

Boschs are the only ones that are really well built.

If you cut any other (or ones that I've been able to find), the Boschs are the only ones, that use a braided piece of wire across the fulcrum point. All the others, just have the *hammer* pivot on the fulcrum, so the current tends to eat out the pivot point.
