Thats the Gapeing Sphincter DeLux made by GPRB (Gay Poser Rice Boy). They guarentee no hp gains but they say it's wide open for business.

sad part about it is I have seen them that big on cars that have less displacement than a weed eater. Looks like a 55 gallon drum hung under the bumper.
